I started in accounting — learning the discipline of numbers, evidence and process. That foundation shaped how I think today: structured, practical, outcome-focused.
A scholarship and MBA pulled me into strategy and people, and the next decade became a deep dive into HR, talent acquisition and consulting — working with organisations across regions to build systems that actually work for humans.
Along the way, I lived and worked abroad, learned new cultures and gained perspective on what "success" really looks like beyond a CV.
